Interact Social

Each year we aim to support our Interact friends. We have organised a bowling night and latitude night for the Interactors. At these events we had a good turn out of Interact members from the clubs in the area. Theses socials were a great way to have some fun but also meet and network with these young change makers.

We have also attended many Interact club fundraisers and events such as the joint 9790 Interact Club fundraiser.

Christmas projects

Each year we try to help our community by taking on a Christmas project. In 2020 we asked each of our members to do some Random Acts of Festivity.

Back To School Trivia Night

The club ran a successful Trivia night with all the money raised going to Diamond Valley Learning center. Around $3,000 was raised for this awesome cause. DVLC recognise that most of their young people are in the process of healing from some kind of trauma, and their role is to support this healing journey. Their teachers are experienced in trauma informed education and focus on the strengths that each person brings to the table. They believe when students have the opportunity to shine and develop their personal strengths, they are also able to grow academically. Students who have not been adequately supported in traditional school environments can thrive and meet their goals at DVLC.

Diamond Creek Fair

We have had the chance to help out at Diamond Creek Rotary town fair. We have marched in the parade and volunteered to help the day run smoothly.  Chairman Greg Paul of the Rotary Club of Diamond Creek even said on year that "The town fair has been an outstanding success this year and this is due in no part to the excellent effort put in by you all."
